Dr. Keotia Casterlow is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor-Associate. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and her Master of Science Degree in School Counseling, both from North Carolina A & T State University.
Dr. Casterlow enjoys working collaboratively with clients of all ages, helping them to explore their emotions and identify their own inherent gifts while looking toward the future. Depending on the best fit, Dr. Casterlow uses a variety of techniques to help clients reach their clinical goals such as Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and mind-body approaches to support individuals in a whole-person, strength-based way, combining insight with action. Dr. Casterlow has experience working with Anxiety, Depression, Autism, and other life experiences.
Before joining The S.E.L. Group, Dr. Casterlow has been working as a Licensed School Counselor for over 20 years, K-12. In her spare time, Dr. Casterlow enjoys spending time with her husband and family, traveling, cooking new recipes, binge watching Netflix and reading.
